Explore the benefits of the ancient practice of yoga, which is rooted in the Sanskrit word "yug," meaning "to unite." Join us for a 60-minute class led by Oneika Mays (E-RYT) incorporating yoga, pranayama (breath regulation), meditation, and a live soundscape performed by Raj Makhija. Mays will guide you through a class that highlights the benefits of yoga on gut health, incorporating movements to leave you feeling refreshed and nourished.
