Presented in collaboration with NewYork-Presbyterian, the Official Hospital of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts

Join Manhattan Tai Chi founder Raymond Li and experience the ancient Chinese practice of Tai Chi accompanied by live traditional Chinese music and instruments, including the dizi played by Yimin Miao and the pipa played by Zhou Yi. Performed slowly and gently, with a high degree of concentration and attention to breath, Tai Chi offers many benefits including flexibility, muscle strengthening, and endurance. Suitable for all ages, this workshop will help you connect your mind and body in a supportive environment through the core principles of Tai Chi.
