Lincoln Center spotlights the rich creative history of China's most populous city with a campus-spanning Shanghai Day! The dynamic culture of the East will be reflected with a genre-spanning celebration featuring an impressive selection of all-ages events, including a participatory crafts market, a musical theater show that explores the faces of the Chinese zodiac, Hip-Hop breakdance battles between local b-boys and visiting dancers from China, and a sizzling jazz concert playing the songs of Shanghai's 1920's golden age of jazz, featuring virtuoso trumpeter Li Xiaochuan. The phenomenally popular F2P fantasy Arknights comes to life with a concert in Damrosch Park illustrated by animations from the game's deep lore. Add in a rare full-length screening of the classic 1961 cartoon Monkey King: Uproar in Heaven and a late-night Silent Disco and you've got the makings of an unforgettable day!
