Fellows enjoy a specially curated calendar of experiences, mentorship, and tailored opportunities to explore Lincoln Center’s eleven world-class performing arts organizations.

Fellows embark on a two-year curated journey of leadership development, cultural immersion, and building valuable networks while serving as advocates for Lincoln Center’s next chapter.

Each cohort is limited to 20 Fellows to foster deep connections and maximize impact. Nominations are accepted on a rolling basis.
