José Limón was a dancer, choreographer, and proud American. Born in Mexico, he came to the United States to realize his singular choreographic vision. The company he founded turns 75 this year and is the longest active company after a founder’s death in the US. Join Limón Company rehearsal director Logan Kruger and Jerome Robbins Dance Division education coordinator Kathleen Leary in a discussion about one of Limón’s most resounding works, “Missa Brevis.”
