In a special Thanksgiving episode of #ConcertsForKids, celebrated Project VOICE co-directors and performers Sarah Kay and Phil Kaye share a captivating set of poems about home and togetherness. Created especially for young audiences who are new to the medium, be introduced to the magic of spoken word with a duo that has collectively performed in over thirty countries on myriad stages from TED Talks to the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). As dedicated educators, they work to bring poetry into classrooms and communities around the world.

“Our favorite part of the holidays is sharing poetry, art, and stories with the people we love. While this holiday season may look a bit different than years past, and we may not be able to gather or celebrate the way we are used to, we wanted to welcome you into our homes and share some of our poems virtually. These poems are about togetherness, growing up, and home—some of what is on our mind this time of year.
