Juilliard Summer Dance Intensive Performance at Damrosch Park
Presented in collaboration with The Juilliard School
Juilliard Summer Dance Intensive is a three-week program that provides advanced training while introducing high school dancers to Juilliard’s Dance Division. In addition to having technique classes and discussions with dance faculty, students, and staff, participants work with special guest choreographers selected by the Dance Division's dean and director, Alicia Graf Mack, and associate director, Mario Alberto Zambrano, on the creation of new works. In this choreographic showing, the Dance Intensive participants will present world premieres by choreographers Hope Boykin, Ethan Colangelo (BFA ’19, dance), and Madison Hicks (BFA ’18, dance).
